Front desk and restaurant are in “classico”, the main building.
Guests staying in any of the buildings should come to the main building upon check-in.

How can I get there from Shin-Osaka Station?
4-minute walk from JR Shin-Osaka Station and an 8-minute walk from the Midosuhi Metro line.
Go down the stairs at the east exit of Shin-Osaka Station, turn right and walk south along the JR line. Go straight through Lawson and coin-parking (approx. 3 mins).
Enter the three-way intersection in front of “classico” and go to the direction of the liquor store. You will find the “treno” building on your right and the “fiore” on your left.

Are there vending machines and ice-maker?
Vending machines are available on the first floor of “fiore” and in the laundry room on the third floor of “classico” .
There are no ice machines available. Please ask a member of staff if you need one.
Are coin-operated laundries available?
The laundry room is on the third floor of “classico”. Guests staying in “flore” are also welcome to use the laundry room in the main building.
Is there a microwave oven available?
Microwaves are available in the laundry room on the third floor of “classico”.

Check-in time is at 3PM, and check-out time is at 11AM.
Can booking charge me if I cancel?
Cancellation fees will be charged as follows.
The cancellation charge may vary depending on the accommodation package.
100% for NO-SHOW or cancelling on the day.
100% for cancelling the day before.
50% for 4 days prior.
10% for 7 days prior.
Can I early check-in or late check-out?
Both early check-in and late check-out are available upon request for an additional charge.

Can a minor stay alone?
In the case of a minor (a person under age 18) staying alone or in a group of minors only, we would request a prior accommodation agreement, please contact the hotel for more details.
*In the case of guests under 15 years of age or junior high school students or younger, they must be accompanied by a legal representative (e.g. a person with parental authority) or a guardian with the legal representative’s consent.
Is there a curfew?
There is no curfew, but for security reasons the front door locks between 1AM and 6AM.
Please call us, when you arrive after midnight.
Guests can open the door with their room key card.
What credit cards are accepted? Do you accept electronic money or gift cards?
Acceptable credit cards (Visa, JCB, American Express, Diner’s Club, Master Card, Discover) and UnionPay cards are accepted.
Electronic money and gift cards are not accepted.
I paid in advance via a booking website other than the official website, can I get a receipt from the hotel?
For reservations that have already been paid for in advance, we cannot issue a receipt.
Please make your own arrangements through the respective booking websites.
For charges paid directly at the front desk, such as accommodation tax, a receipt can be issued for the amount paid.
*If you have paid in advance via our official Shin-Osaka Station Hotel website, a receipt can be issued at the front desk, please ask a member of staff for one.
Can you issue a certificate of accommodation?
Yes, we can.

If you have a designated format, please check witth the front desk staff upon check-in.
If not specified, the form will be prepared in the format specified by the hotel.

Where is breakfast served and what time is breakfast served?
There is a western set menu available in the restaurant on the second floor of “classico”, the main building from 7AM to 10AM. Please enter before 9:30AM.

Can I leave my luggage?
We will keep your luggage at the front desk before check-in and after check-out. After checking out, please pick it up on the day.

Can I ship my luggage from the hotel?
TA-Q-BIN (prepaid/paid on delivery) is available. We also provide paid cardboard (100cm/120cm/140cm), slips and packing tape for shipping.
Do you have room service?
Please note that we do not provide room service.
What are the rates for children?
Guests of elementary school age or older pay 80% of the adult rate. Guests of junior high school age or older pay the same rate as adults.
May I co-sleep with my child in the same bed?
We do not charge for children of pre- school age or younger sharing the bed. However, only one child per bed is allowed to sleep with the parent. A child of pre-school age or younger who require a bed will be charged 80% of the adult rate.
Is children’s nightwear available?
Sizes for 90cm, 100cm, 110cm, 120cm and 130cm are available.
*A child sleeping with a parent will be charged an additional 500yen per person (nightwear and towel set will be provided).
Are there any amenities or equipment for children?
